Welcome to Cele B’s Community Platform!
Our community thrives on respect and mutual support. As such, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards intolerance and any form of exclusionary behavior. Our primary goal is to have fun together and support each other. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members, we enforce the following guidelines:
Community Guidelines
- Zero Tolerance to Intolerance:
Any insulting behavior or content promoting intolerance, homophobia, extremism, antisemitism, ableism, sexism, or discrimination will not be tolerated. - Three-Strike Rule:
Users who violate our guidelines will receive up to three strikes. Upon the third strike, the user’s account will be suspended for one month. After the suspension period, the user may apply for reactivation. However, in the case of particularly serious violations, a permanent ban will follow immediately, also if the misbehavior continues after reactivation. - Permanent Ban:
Attempts to deceive the system, e.g. any actions, such as creating a new account with a different email address after being banned, fraudulent behavior or hack attempts will result in a permanent ban. The same applies to spam comments or links to fraudulent websites. In case of a permanent ban, the user loses the right of their purchased content, achievements and benefits. Purchase prices will not be refunded. - Reporting Inappropriate Content:
Users can report inappropriate content to the admin and moderators. However, the admin and moderators reserve the right to independently identify and address inappropriate behavior or content.
Our community is based on inclusivity, positivity and support. Let’s work together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all members. Talk to each other honestly but respectfully and treat others the way you would like to be treated.
Community Features & Functions
We are delighted to see you connecting, exchanging, and supporting each other. Here are some functionalities available on this community platform:
- Setting up your Account:
In your account, under the Profile section, you can personalize your account. For example, you can upload your profile picture or create an account cover image. Here, you can also see your points balance, rank, and achievements (more on this below). - Account Settings:
In your account, under Settings, you can change your password, configure your privacy settings, and adjust profile visibility. - Posting Updates:
You can post text content in your account or on the Community Activity Feed. - Account Notifications:
You can mention other users using @username. In your account, under Notifications, you’ll find an overview if you’ve been mentioned anywhere. - Private Messages:
You can send text messages (chat) to other members individually or in groups (if the user allowed it in their privacy settings). There’s also the option to make audio and video calls. - Finding Friends:
In the Member Overview, you can see all registered users. Here, you can view their profiles and send friend requests. - Groups:
You have the option to create groups or join existing ones. The type of groups you form is up to you. However, please adhere to the community guidelines. - Dashboard and Overview:
In your Account Dashboard you will find an overview of all your purchases, coupons and points balance, etc. You can also edit your address details and more. - Premium Subscription:

Points Reward System
Engagement is highly valued here. Therefore, we are introducing a points reward system for you. With your points, you can earn ranks and achievements. Furthermore, points can be exchanged for discounts in the shop. Here are the ways to earn points:
- Registration:
As a welcome gift, every new user receives 10 points. - Daily Login:
If you log in once a day, you will receive 1 point. - Points for Profile Updates:
You will receive 2 points for uploading your profile picture, but a maximum of 2 points per month. The same applies to creating your profile cover image. - Points for User Invitations:
In your account under Profile, you will find your referral link. Send this link to your friends and acquaintances so they can visit the platform. For each visitor, you will receive 5 points, but a maximum of 50 points per day. - Points for Registrations via User Invitations:
If a visitor registers on the platform through your referral link, you will receive 25 points, but a maximum of 100 points per day. - Points for Purchases via User Invitations:
If a visitor makes their first purchase in the shop through your referral link, you will receive 10 points, but a maximum of 50 points per day. The visitor you invited will receive a one-time bonus of 100 points to the purchase. - Points for Content Reactions:
You will receive 1 point for reacting to a post. If you retract your reaction, 1 point will be deducted. - Points for Comments:
For each approved comment, you will receive 1 point, but a maximum of 10 points per day. If the comment is deleted, 1 point will be deducted. If your comment is marked as inappropriate or spam, 5 points will be deducted. Therefore, please adhere to the community guidelines. - Points for Friendships:
You will receive 10 points for each approved friend request, but a maximum of 20 points per day. If the friendship ends, 10 points will be deducted. - Points for Gifting Points:
You can send points to other users as a gift. Enter the username of the recipient, the amount of points, and the purpose. For each transaction, you will receive 1 point back, but a maximum of 10 points per day. - Points for Groups:
Creating a new group earns you 100 points once the group has 10 members. If the group is deleted, 100 points will be deducted. Creating a new topic or post in the group earns 2 points, but a maximum of 10 points per day. Joining a group earns 2 points, but a maximum of 10 points per day. Leaving a group deducts 2 points. - Points for Product Reviews:
Reviewing a product earns 1 point, but a maximum of 10 points per day. Only buyers of the respective product can leave reviews. - Buy Points:
If you dont’t wish to earn but just to buy points, that is also possible here. What you do with the points is up to you
Leaderboards / Ranks / Achievements
To proudly show your engagement to other users, we have integrated the following for you:
Leaderboards
On the content pages of the platform, you’ll find the Top 5 Fans Leaderboard (there are also leaderboards within groups). Each month, these offical top 5 users will each receive a goodie. Users who have purchased points are excluded. Therefore there is no pay-to-win on this platform.
Ranks
In your profile, you will find your rank. Ranks are awarded based on the number of points earned. Here is an overview of the ranks:
Beginner: 1 – 500 points
Regular User: 501 – 1.000 points
Top User: 1.001 – 5.000 points
Top Member: 5.001 – 10.000 points
Top Supporter: 10.001 – 50.000 points
VIP: from 50.001 points
Achievements
There are also achievements that can be earned through special interactions on the platform:
Active User
Level 1:
Registered on the platform once, visited the platform 25 times, and logged in 25 times = 10 points
Level 2:
Registered on the platform once, visited the platform 50 times, and logged in 50 times = 25 points
Level 3:
Registered on the platform once, visited the platform 100 times, and logged in 100 times = 50 points
Loyal User
Level 1:
Member on the platform for 1 year = 100 points
Level 2:
Member on the platform for 2 years = 250 points
Level 3:
Member on the platform for 3 years = 250 points
Level 4:
Member on the platform for 4 years = 500 points
Level 5:
Member on the platform for 5 years = 1.000 points
Kind User
Level 1:
20 gift transactions of points to other users = 5 points
Level 2:
50 gift transactions of points to other users = 10 points
Level 3:
500 gift transactions of points to other users = 100 points
Shopping Hero
Level 1:
10 shop/content purchases or 10 recurring subscription payments = 100 points
Level 2:
50 shop/content purchases or 50 recurring subscription payments = 500 points
Level 3:
250 shop/content purchases or 250 recurring subscription payments = 1.000 points
Continuous Optimizer
Level 1:
Uploaded profile picture once, uploaded profile cover once, and made one new profile post = 1 points
Level 2:
Uploaded profile picture twice, uploaded profile cover twice, and made 5 new profile posts = 5 points
Level 3:
Uploaded profile picture ten times, uploaded profile cover ten times, and made 50 new profile posts = 10 points
Supporter
Level 1:
5 referral visitors, 1 referral user registration, and 5 referral product purchases = 100 points
Level 2:
10 referral visitors, 5 referral user registrations, and 10 referral product purchases = 500 points
Level 3:
100 referral visitors, 25 referral user registrations, and 50 referral product purchases = 1.000 points
Top Reactor
Level 1:
5 approved comments = 10 points
Level 2:
25 approved comments = 50 points
Level 3:
50 approved comments = 100 points
General Info for Point Distribution
Users can earn a maximum of 1.000 points per day. However, the administrator and moderators reserve the right to analyze suspicious and abusive point distributions and may withdraw earned points if necessary. You have the opportunity to provide an explanation before points are deducted due to inappropriate behavior. If repeated abusive behavior in the points system is observed, a permanent ban on the platform for all parties involved may result. Please adhere to the community guidelines.
